Automatiq Measurement Systems LLC was formed in 2000 to provide functional test solutions to electronic manufacturers and electronic manufacturing service companies.
Automatiq Measurement Systems designs, manufactures, markets, and sells automatic test equipment that is used by electronics manufacturing companies to test the performance of electronic circuit boards and assemblies.
Typical customers are electronics manufacturing and contract assembly firms.
Prior to the introduction of Automatiq's products, many of these firms had not fully automated their final test processes because of the previously high cost of such equipment.
Automatiq has developed a proprietary, low-cost solution to this problem that is based on a PC-based hardware and software test platform.
