All prices are in US Dollars. Payments may be made by cash, checks drawn on a US bank, direct deposits, or wire transfers. Direct deposit and wire transfer information will be provided on request.
Credit terms may be offered to qualifying companies (US and Canada only). (Opening a new account may cause some delay in processing your order.)
A charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all overdue balances.
Automatiq Measurement Systems is an Ohio Limited Liability Company. Automatiq's Federal Employer ID will be supplied on request.
All prices are for orders shipped with these Terms and Conditions. Automatiq Measurement Systems may be able to honor special Purchase Order Terms and Conditions or provide Federal Government Compliance Certification. Contact Automatiq Measurement Systems directly to determine if additional fees will be required.
Shipping charges will be prepaid and billed with a 20% handling charge unless otherwise specified.
International Carrier Bill and additional commercial invoices will be provided at no cost. Duties and Taxes will be charged by the Carrier or Customs Broker directly to the customer. Additional charges may be required for special Customs Invoice or special Certificate of Origin.
Any and all intellectual property including copyrights, proprietary and patentable technologies, trade secrets, know-how, hardware designs, software, and documents pertaining to Test System design and fabrication technologies and functional test programming methodologies developed and utilized by Automatiq for custom projects shall be the property of Automatiq.
If the customer performs its obligations under the sale, Automatiq will agree to grant the customer a perpetual, royalty-free license, without rights to sublicense, to make, use, and replicate custom designed TestFixtures and TestScripts for testing their own products. Under no circumstances, does this license extend to standard products including, but not limited to, TestWare, TestStation 1000, TestModules, and TestFixture kits.
Automatiq will repair or replace any mechanical, electrical, or electronic components that fail under normal use and repair TestWare and TestScript software errors for 90 days. Such repair shall be limited to shipping replacement parts or return of equipment to Automatiq’s facility for repair. If the Client has an overdue balance, warrantee service may be withheld while the overdue balance continues.
If Extended Warrantee and Maintenance is purchased, the above 90 day warrantee is extended for the specified period. In addition, software updates for the covered software will be provide during the specified period as they become available.
If On Site Extended Warrantee and Maintenance is purchased, the above Extended Warrantee and Maintenance will be provided at the specified location if necessary for the specified period.
