TestDrivers

TestDriver ScreenTestDrivers are software modules (DLLs) that run on the PC and give TestWare access to test hardware in the PC (usually PCI boards).  Once the TestDriver is installed, it can be selected as a Resource just as TestModules.  Then Signals can be defined that access the supported hardware.

Some standard TestDrivers are provided by Automatiq.  In addition, TestDrivers can be provided by third party hardware suppliers or sophisticated customers.  Contact Automatiq directly for the TestDriver interface specification.

Currently there is one TestDriver available.

Comm TestDriver

The Comm TestDriver allows access access to the PC communications interfaces.  Currently it supports two Serial (COM) interfaces.
